Thankful for a New Year coming!

Thankful it's Monday! Thanksgiving day about 1pm I receive a call from a friendly neighbor in a community that I have a listing and the seller's live out of state. Thinking to myself how nice it is that they are calling, until I frantically hear, "Chelie, you need to get over here, sewerage is pouring into the streets from the inside of your listing!" Four 75 gallon tanks of sewerage extracted from the home over the weekend. All tile, carpet, cabinetry, trim, and 2 feet of drywall around the entire home is being cut out as I write this blog. Guess it could be worse, 10 days prior to closing a 5,260 square ft home under air had Chinese Drywall and three blown air conditioners. Thankful for a new year coming!
